TWELFTH DAY: THURSDAY, 6th AUGUST.

Today, we´ve had a multicultural lunch. An Italian partner cooked "Spaguetti a la carbonara" and invited some people: French, Italian and Spanish.
After lunch we spoke about traditions and food from each country, and learnt that "la siesta" is "riposino" in italian. RIPOSINO TIME!
Ah! and... "a tomar por saco: in culo alla luna"
We had a very great time!

When we came back home, we took a photo of Molly Malone. As you know, the Molly Malone´s legend is very famous in Ireland. Under the photo, you can read the story.

ESCUCHA AQUÍ LA CANCIÓN.

In Dublins fair city, where the girls are so pretty, I first set my eyes on sweet Molly Malone, As she wheeled her wheel-barrow, Through streets broad and narrow, Crying, "Cockles and mussels, alive alive oh!"

"Alive-a-live-oh, Alive-a-live-oh", Crying "Cockles and mussels, alive alive oh".

She was a fishmonger, And sure twas no wonder, For so were her father and mother before, And they both wheeled their barrow, Through streets broad and narrow, Crying, "Cockles and mussels, alive, alive oh!"

(coro)

Now I was a Rover, And sailed the seas over, So I bid my farewell to sweet Molly Malone. And as I was sailing, The wild wind was wailing, Crying, "Cockles and mussels, alive, alive oh!"

(coro)

She died of a fever, And no one could save her, And that was the end of sweet Molly Malone. Now her ghost wheels her barrow, Through streets broad and narrow, Crying, "Cockles and mussels, alive, alive oh!" (coro)
